Kirby's Auto Spa provides automotive detailing and related vehicle-care services. Service availability, pricing, timing, and scope may vary depending on the vehicle, requested service, location, condition of the vehicle, and other factors.

Submitting an inquiry or requesting information does not guarantee an appointment or service availability.

Pricing and Appointments

Prices displayed online or in advertising may be subject to change and may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, requested services, location, or additional work required.

Appointment times and service durations are estimates unless otherwise expressly confirmed.

Bookings and Quotes

Submitting a booking request, quote request, or contact form does not guarantee service until Kirby's Auto Spa confirms the appointment or quote directly.

By submitting a booking request, quote request, or contact form, you agree that Kirby's Auto Spa may contact you regarding your request.

SMS messages will only be sent where you have separately and affirmatively opted in to receive SMS communications.

SMS Terms

Kirby's Auto Spa may offer SMS communications to customers and prospective customers who voluntarily and affirmatively opt in.

By separately opting in to SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from Kirby's Auto Spa regarding your inquiry, requested services, appointment scheduling, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, estimates, customer support, and follow-up communications.

SMS consent is separate from submitting a booking request, quote request, contact form, or providing your mobile phone number.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Payment

Kirby's Auto Spa does not collect payment online. Payments are handled in person at the time of service unless otherwise communicated directly by Kirby's Auto Spa.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment, please contact Kirby's Auto Spa as soon as possible by phone or text so we can adjust our schedule.

Opting out of SMS messages does not automatically cancel an existing appointment.

Service Area

Kirby's Auto Spa provides mobile detailing services throughout San Diego and surrounding cities. Service availability for specific locations is confirmed during booking.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our website, forms, communication systems, or services, including by submitting fraudulent information, interfering with our systems, or using our services for unlawful purposes.
