Payment

No payment is collected through this website. Payment is handled in person at the time of service.

Communication

By submitting a booking request, quote request, or contact form, you agree that Kirby's Auto Spa may contact you by phone, text, or email regarding your request.

SMS Communications

SMS messaging from Kirby's Auto Spa is optional and requires your explicit opt-in through our booking, quote, or contact forms. When enabled, we may send appointment confirmations, reminders, estimates, technician arrival notifications, customer support, and follow-up communications.

• Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any services.
• Opting out of SMS does not cancel an existing appointment — contact us directly to cancel or reschedule.

Customers may also opt in by replying Y to a one-time SMS consent request sent after they provide their phone number to Kirby's Auto Spa for scheduling or service communication.
